I just received my EZ PASS tag and was trying to login to add funds for an upcoming trip.  All attempts to login failed.  I tried both "forgot password" and "forgot userid" using the data from the enrollment email and from the letter that came in the mail with my tag.  All attempts ressults in "unable to verify the data you entered".  How can I get this fixed so I can login and add funds?
