I have been trying to sign up for over a week and I still am getting "system unavailable" error. It is very frustrating since I will am planning on going away and will be penalized for not having an EZ Pass but I can't get one because the site is always down.

Same here. It says "We're sorry, the system is unavailable. Please try again later." after I click on " I Authorize".
Still not working. Please fix this. What is the point of only accepting EZ Pass but no one can sign up for it?
