CAN'T OPEN NEW ACCOUNT

I've been trying for the last 2 weeks to pay a bill and open an ezpass account to save money this time around. Looks like that won't be happening since my bill is due in 3 days and the website has been down since November it seems. This is UNACCPTABLE and is costing people money. FIX THIS
