Cannot create new account.

Enter all required info then click "I Accept" then get message "System Unavailable. Try Later."  Tried 3 different browsers.  Called E-ZPass Customer Service and they refused to believe website was not working.  Said it was just me and to go to a walk-in center to create an account.  This is BS.  The site has  been down for at least 3 days.  I have tried creating an account 20 times already with different browsers (not that the browser should matter for this back-end error)
