Unable to read overviews or reports

Whenever I attempt to read company overviews or analyst reports I get a message that says, "Oops something went wrong. Please try again." This started about 2 weeks ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my android phone + restarted the phone several times but the issue persists. I have 20GB of free space. Tried calling tech support but hold time was 2.5 hours. Unacceptable!!!!
