no cash balances, no customer service / chat function, no txfers

it seems like anything related to cash, is broken.  I can't initiate a transfer, see any cash balances in portfolios, etc.  "Chat" function doesn't seem to work either, and the email-service has a "3-5 days" disclaimer (but that may be less temporary)
