Login fails (Tomcat error) - https://us.etrade.com/e/t/accounts/accountscombo

See the attached image to see the error I'm getting when login in. This happens  after clicking "Login" (or pressing ENTER after filling in the your credentials), or via Email links that shortcuts into your account (ex: Inbox).
