Can reach site's main landing page but cannot login to site to view personal profile

Can login to view reservation but cannot load the seat map in order to change seats. Running very slowly.
delta website extremely slow. Been trying to purchase an international flight ticket for the past hour and it takes several minutes per page load when finalizing ticket, first order failed to go through. trying again...
Delta's site is not responding: "The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server."
Cannot login to Delta app on iphone. Keep getting "An error has occured. Please try again later. Went to website instead. Super slow loading pages. No other issues with other websites or apps.
