Same issue starting Mar 18 and continuing at least through today Mar 22. Opened a web ticket a couple days ago, no response yet, may try calling tomorrow. Additional symptoms: status of Crashplan PC app cycles as follows: "synchronizing" => "backup running" (but no files are sent) => "waiting for connection"
