when try to login, CL says must reset password

There is no info on CL's FAQs to explain why that message would be displayed. Others report experiencing the  same problem in CL forums today, but there are no solutions  offered. No problems reported on CL system status website. A google search turned up this site and others reporting password reset message upon trying to login today. CL is terrible about letting the public know about problems or system redesigns!
