Pre-ordering iPhone for 'Add line' is not workin

Everything works fine, until i get to the page where i choose to be a new customer or add line to current account. I click 'continue' - and it takes to the same page again. 'Continue' - and hit "Maintenance in Progress" wall. "Reload" - and blank screen with a single line 'Session timed out. Please use the back button, reload and try again.' Been trying since 3.15am every hour or so.
