Online tracking not registering tracking #

Last Thurs. I shipped a package from northern Fla. to Amazon's return location in Ky., and although the voicemail tracking has registered it all along and shows that it was delivered on Mon. at 11:00 p.m., and although Customer Service says the tracjing for the package does show up on the website, it does not show up on the website from my laptop or tablet.  Out of curiosity, I checked another package of mine, one sent in late Dec. from the same UPS dropoff location also to Amazon's return location, and although the package was delivered two days after it was sent, the UPS website as it appears on my laptop shows that the package is in transit and not yet delivered.

What gives?
