I haven't been able to access my Hotmail account on this computer since 31 December 2014.  I can access my Hotmail from my work laptop using my home network.  Thought I had the issue narrowed down to four .dll files missing.  However, I noted these files are also absent on my work laptop, which uses the same OS (Win7/64).
