At about 1.36pm 7/30/2012 cant get in email on any device

I use my email all day at work and today it told me i have to sign in again but its not leting me. went on att.com and changed my passwords just in case and i still cant get it. On internet explorer it just goes to the sign in to veiw email but it will not give you a place to sign in. I tried on my ipad and put in my new password and said a system error. I called att and they are supposed to call me in 18 min. its odd i got a spam email yesterday but i never would click on them but now nothing works. any word on when its going to be fixed?
