Entire amazon.com site not loading...again!

It seems like almost every other night this happens. The amazon server goes down around 3 or 4:00 am. I even went to their "server status" site, and their "report an issue" link will not load. I tried multiple browsers, and even my Amazon Instant Video on PS3 will not work. Every other website seems to be working fine, so I'm guessing the problem is isolated to Amazon's servers.
