Gateway Timeouts, random errors and slowness

Over the past 2 weeks, I've been getting Gateway Timeouts, error pages with blank error codes and when the site does load, it takes forever. Weight Watchers support has been completely unhelpful. Issues have persisted across 4 different computers, across cache/cookie clears and reboots and in multiple different browsers. I'm starting to get fed up with their terrible website.
