Won't login "this isn't supposed to happen"

I fill in my username and password, then I get taken to a site with a yellow circle and exclamation point and a message "this isn't supposed to happen". I try to refresh but it just does the same thing. I can eventually view my balance by hitting back, then re-entering my password, but I can't do anything once I see the balance. All options below the "Tools" button has the yellow circle with exclamation point on it. This has been happening for 2 weeks.
