We phoned Ikea, and after waiting for absolute ages, spoke to a real person (not the virtual Anna who is infuriating) and was told they knew about the problem and it would be fixed on Monday. Well, it's Monday and still the same problem ... "An unknown error has occured. Please try again in a little while or contact customer services."
