Can't access acount details, including bill payment

For at least 4 weeks, I've been running into a totally dysfucntional website. If I go to the main webpage - https://www1.nationalgridus.com/CorporateHub - I can see NO WAY to log in. I used a saved log-in page bookmarke in my browser to do so; the corporatehub shows NO indication that I'm logged in; it shows NO way to access or even find my account information.


The corporatehub gives a link: Select a regional energy service; when I click on that, I get a web form, and can select Massachusetts, and electric. When I click on "electric," I end up back at CorporateHub.

If I select "Massachusetts" from the links at the very bottom left side of the corporatehub page, I do indeed get to a new page: https://www1.nationalgridus.com/Massachusetts I'm given this option:

For electricity service

When I click on that link, it takes me BACK to CorporateHub. It is a completely circular design; and, again, provides no way of finding or accessing my account data, billing details etc.

I have never seen anything like this.
