Still down; called customer service again

Had a family plan on AT&T since 2007; never had a problem before  Now, I've been trying to log in to AT&T Wireless account page since May 21st, without success.  Called CS rep May 27th, was told it would be up by Friday May 29th.  Called CS again today, was told that "It's a known problem" and "We're trying to get it resolved".  No projected resolution date. 

But they did make sure I was aware to call them and pay my bill over the phone!
