BlueHost and my sites are down

BlueHost has had a network outage for over an hour and a half, affecting both their website and the sites of customers like myself. Not only is their main site down, their customer service phone number isn't working either. The only way I've been able to communicate with their tech support is on Twitter, and even then they are slow with updates.
