I called the 877-745-0190 help number listed. After almost holding for an hour, I was told they are having a lot of trouble with access codes and he will email my concerns to someone "higher up" he said he couldn't guarantee I would hear back by deadline. Meaning I loose the TV. Needless to say I was not happy. If walmart is goinf to sell this way they need to make sure the process works or honor it if it doesn't and you don't meet deadline.
