Can't log in with username/password for at least a week

I enter my username and password and all I get is a blank screen while the website tries to download. This is the URL that shows up:
https://online.citibank.com/US/JSO/signon/ProcessUsernameSignon.do
and it just says "Done" at the bottom of the screen.
