Hilton Honors shows no points

We have logged onto our Hilton Honors and it shows we have no points. Totally gone - no recent stays - which is not the case.
Called 800 number and they are telling us there is a two hour wait to for calls to be taken.
It would be nice if they posted a message on their facebook page or home page that they are experiencing a problem.
