Cannot get shows to play...

As of a few days ago, every time I try to watch a show, it keeps asking me to download this:
Preroll_verizonpreroll201110_20111013_500x282_400kbps_f8_3992401
Which does nothing but open an unopenable/uneditable file in Windows Movie Maker.
Please help me to get the site to work again. I am disappointed
