Too many problems

I paid for the first month plus free trial, and I have had one problem after another; Downloaded tracks won't load, downloaded tracks missing, my library items appearing randomly, my library tracks missing etc. They really need to put more attention into this if they want to have any sort of chance against other streaming services.
