USPS.com site down?

I use the www.usps.com site MANY times per day, but suddenly I can't get in through any browser or any link. I get this message, "Error. Page cannot be displayed. Please contact your service provider for more details. (10)" (with varying numbers at the end), or else it just sits there and times out. Anyone else having this problem? I've tried testing it through a site that pings it, but the pings fail.
