Pamela, I don't suppose you saw the fix I posted for this issue. Check the following settings in I.E. to be sure it is set correctly.
1. Open IE.
2. From the tool bar go to tools then internet options.
3. Click the "Advanced" tab.
4. Scroll all the way down to security. Select USE SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0
You may also need to change these setting periodically as they are subject to change without notice.
