The comment from Eddie on 3/15 works. I have IE6, SSE 3.0 was checked but not TSL 1.0 . I checked TSL 1.0 and was able to get into the BofA edd site. I had been trying for a month. Thanks Eddie. by the way what is TSL 1.0 do ? reply
