cant access history or downloads

been logging on all day, gettin error saying they are down for maintenance....
regardless, i can't download my photoshop or LR, and I HAVE TO GIT BACK TO WORK. -
do i just download trial versions and when my serial numbers area available again when site comes back up, enter them then?
