Daily has been unavailable for hours, despite screen poster claiming it`ll be back in minutes

Tried it first around 16.45-17.00 CET today - but no matter how long I waited, I remiained stuck on Google. But Youtube worked fine, so I went there instead. When I came back - around 19.30 CET - the same problem, but now there was a screen poster informing, in English and other languages, that service temporarily was interrupted, promising it would be back in a couple of minutes - that is roughly 2 hours ago now (unless service has been re-instated while I`ve been here).

Anyway they shouldn`t claim to be back within minutes, if they are not certain that they will. If the problem is so huge they are not able to estimate how long it would take to fix, or even what the problem exactly is - they should simply put: TEMPORARILY OUT OF ORDER UNTILL FURTHER NOTICE, DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. UPDATES HERE EVERY 15 MINS UNTILL SERVICE HAS BEEN RE-INSTATED. That way, as soon as they have found what is wrong, and how long it is going to take fixing it, they can put a more accurate time (or date) for the service to resume as normal, instead of frustrating people with the site being closed, and the same silly promise it will be back in minutes.
