DRM - Adobe ID - crashing Android Googlephone, not available on PC

Hello,
Just bought ebook from http://www.feedbooks.com
When downloading to Aldiko, DRM got in the way asking to register.
I did and then Aldiko crashed.
Opened email on PC and found that my CC was charged,
but Adobe is interferring in the process,
while unbelievably Adobe site was down and I couldn't get the Adobe ID,
even if I had it and forgot the pass.
Adobe must solve tech issues with sellers and publishers,
not burdening their customers,
and then even website is NOT on.
Unheard of ??!!
