Trying at least every hour. Cant even get bankofamerica.com to respond. Cant be down, customer service say so

I have been trying hourly and cant get to them any way.
They are not down, customer service says so. must be my ISP. (Comcast), he has had 4 other complaints, 3 of which were Comcast, 2 in FL (where I am) and one in New England. So it must be my ISP.
Can't they at least be honest about it. Tell me it is down and ETA 1-4 8 hours or unknown. I give them more credit for that.
