Constantly not working

For weeks, getting "Page will not redirect" "Cannot find server" when everything else works just fine. It will suddenly start to work again, for a few hours, and then fail over and over and over and over. If this is related to their switching to Outlook then I will no longer have anything to do with them. I never wanted Outlook, didn't ask for it, won't use it.
