I called and CSR told me there were NO ISSUES/ Supervisor admitted there were

After the CSR told me there were NO ISSUES on their end and knew of no problems, she wanted to help me fix the problem on my end.  I insisted on speaking with a supervisor.  On hold for over 10 minutes.  The supervisor was at least honest with me and said they did know of issues but did not know what the problem was or a time frame to fix it.  It cost me 13 minutes on my cell phone.
