IS ANYONE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH TARGET'S BILL PAY SITE ????????
I have been trying to pay my Target CC for the past few days. I pay this CC each month online through the Target site. A day or so ago I attempted to pay and was finishing waiting for a confirmation which never came. So I have continued checking online to see if site is up again and its not. I just tried calling customer service and I got disconnected twice, what am I to do? I tried to email Target, but the sites message is you must be "signed on under your account in order to email customer service". Which I can't, since their site id down.!!!!! I will try calling again to see if it goes through.
