The page isn't redirecting properly after entering user/password

For the past 2 days, after entering password into hotmail the site fails to load. Firefox displays the following message:

The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This is from three different computers, on two different networks.
I am able to log into the same user account on msn.com but not outlook.com or live.com or hotmail.com.
I am able to receive hotmail on my phone.
