So here is something to try. I have been trying to access capitalone.com since yesterday with no luck. I have Comcast business class internet. After trying different browsers with no luck I tried accessing it by tethering through my phone instead of my Comcast router. Worked perfectly. Every Capital One page loads perfectly and my online banking is fully accessible. Tried the same website connected to my Comcast internet and nothing works. Then I tried Tor browser. The Tor browser (which anonymously lets you surf the web) allows me to access all capital one bank sites perfectly even on my Comcast connection. Something very strange is going on. Can someone try these two options on your end and report back if similar results are experienced?
