Will not sync files.

I am located in Kansas City area and it is not working here or is working slowly as to not be able to tell. I paused syching and then unpaused and it indexed for a few minutes ans is now trying to upload the same 37 files it has been working on for at lest 45 minutes. Periodically, it states it is connecting, but it is not working.
