Can't pay morgage online

I can log onto the site, go through the payment process for my morgage, get to the "Transfer Money & Make Paymets" page, have the regular monthly payment checked as well as additional pricipal payment checked and amount enterd, then click the "Continue" button I get We are unable to process this request. Please try again later or call 1-800-956-4442 for assistance.
