I agree, walmart has become all about the mighty dollar. The people in the stores working their tale off get nothing. I've been working for walmart for 20yrs. If
I could find a job making what I make now, I would leave it in a minute. You get a yearly raise, if your there long enough it could add up to a nice little chunk of change.
But you go to work for 8hrs. and they expect you to do 10 hrs. of work in that 8 hrs. I'm stressed everyday. And the management team could care less. If you
get an attitude, they look at you like your the problem. One person can only do so much in one day. I use to love my job, now i don't won't to be there. And you
can be so easily replaced, it doesn't matter how long you've been there, or how good you are at your job. I wish Sam Walton could see what's going on in his
Business today. I know for a fact it would not be like this.
