Ebay site still not loading

I've got Windows 7 on my HP computer and have not been able to get the www.ebay.com website to open for several days. My wife can get it to open on her smart phone through //hp.mobileweb.ebay.com/home . How can Ebay be contacted to let them know many can't open their website? Haven't seen anything on the news about a mass outage.
