I cannot access Sourceforge or any Sourceforge hosted websites.

It is not the first time this has happened to me, steampowered.com was down a few months ago, and downforeveryoneorjustme.com reported that the site was up and running, that same site claims that sourceforge.net is up and running, either that the Servers that are used for UK access are down or my ISP has blocked the website, either due to an injunction, a copyright violation, or to prevent users accessing Free Software and force them to pay for Non-Free Software, which I think is Wrong, I live in the UK and my ISP is British Telecom (BT)
