Can't pay mortgage

Can log in and check balance, I get all the way to the end and try to select a date to schedule the payment and the calendar button sends me to the top of the page. If I enter the date manually and click "Continue" it doesn't send and receive any information like I never clicked on it. If I right click and open in new tab or window it takes me to the same screen I'm not and does not process my payment.
