wanted to go buy a soundfreaq speaker this happens all the time with you guys how can you not get better servers?? has never happened once with walmart and obviously never with amazon, not even kohl's why can't you get it together?
(by the way even when it's up your website sucks. You never bother to include full specifications for your electronic items unlike virtually every other major retail website out there. I never ever order from you online only if it's in store and it's going to save me waiting time. I am sure you are losing a lot of online business)
