unable to log in using IE, use another browser to log in, works fine

I've had a problem logging into BA for the last week.  I knew they were doing a major upgrade over the weekend, but was still unable to log in.  I ended up being locked out online, because my account changed, as I'm in Washington/Idaho.  My second call to BA advised to use another browser, as the tech could get into my account just fine.  I tried it and it worked.  Am not happy that IE and BA are not working together, but will do the work around for now.  I downloaded Firefox and got in.
