Online logon bounces back to signoff successful message

Starting Sunday the 16th, every attempt to logon on multiple PC's, XP and Vista, IE8, firefox and Chrome, any attempt to logon just returns me to the logon page with a signoff successful message. Opened a Tech Ticket and was told I would get a call back towards the end of the week. When I mentioned I needed to pay my bills, I got a sympathetic ear and nothing else. No, I could not go into a branch and have an employee do it. No, there was no way to fix it sooner, and no, there was nothing wrong with any of my accounts. When I gave up and tried to put in a new userid, that was blocked and the BofA person then said it was my Social Security number had a 'lock' on it. No fraud against the account, just the Social was locked. I could try creating a new online userid using my husband's Social if I wanted but I would have to re-register all of my online bill pay accounts. Only the Tech Services people could unlock it. I suggest calling them every day for status so eventually they have to pay their people OT just to keep saying to wait for it. Suggestions of moving all of my accounts had no impact, except an interesting story from the rep about how another large bank basically did the same thing to her. Did you know that a customer with online bill pay set up has a 95% retention rate for the bank?
