Login page returns user to Logout page

As many other users below have reported, I continue to have the error where I enter my login name, confirm the SiteKey, enter my password then it returns me to the login screen with a message "successfully logged out" or something like that.
Called BofA support on 10/17 and was informed that they are moving accounts or doing some sort of technical upgrade. The rep could not say when it would be complete and encouraged me to download Google Chrome and try that. I've used my personal PC and work PC with Firefox and IE so I doubt Chrome would make a difference. I've also deleted cookies, etc.
