I have tried for two days to place an on-line order with JC Penney's, and no matter what combination of items I select, I cannot get past the Review Order button. It is unclickable. I thought that perhaps the issue was low stock, but even trying each of the four items individually did not make it work. I ordered from Macy's yesterday because I was so frustrated that I couldn't order the items that I had spent time choosing on the JC Penney's site. I even called Customer Service on June 6, 2023 and was told that there were no problems with the site. I may start using Macy's more regularly in the future.
