No emails or images for several days now

No images or emails for several days. Also before informed delivery emails suddenly stopped coming I was missing several mail pieces which were 4 different bank statements that were pictured but never arrive while the other images pictured did arrive in my home mailbox. I was at home when the mail came to my front door mailbox , and no one but the carrier would have had a chance to intercept the mail since it was pictured in informed delivery and over a week has gone by. I am concerned
